Position Summary
The Tax Analyst will work with and assist finance department with several different aspects of tax including preparation and review of returns, compliance, planning, research and executive reporting.

Position Functions
Prepare and review several income tax compliance functions
Prepare financial audits as required by policy or government regulations
Draft technical memoranda on various tax issues based off of research
Assist in corporate acquisition and due diligence reviews
Have input in budgeting process by assisting in preparation and analysis

Background Profile
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, CPA is preferred
3+ years experience in manufacturing or public accounting
Working knowledge of several types of tax including; corporate federal income, international income, multi-state and local income, sales and use, and payroll tax
Exposure with enterprise software such as Hyperion, along with RIA or CCH online tax research software
