Videon Central, a fast growing high tech firm in State College, Pennsylvania, is seeking an outstanding candidate ready to be a key player in a multi-million dollar business revolutionizing the digital video industry. We need a quarterback for our Finance department - a strong candidate with a manufacturing background and applicable experience to support Videon’s team in the interpretation and utilization of financial information that will be used to increase enterprise efficiency.
As a key contributor to the overall success of the organization, you must be a critical thinker with strong analytical skills; be able to develop tactical and strategic business solutions; possess a high level of operational awareness; and be able to communicate and interpret complicated and detailed information with speed and accuracy. You will be responsible for oversight, extending, establishing and maintaining Videon’s corporate financial systems, and will develop, institute and maintain financial processes and controls that support the entire enterprise within a GAAP framework.
Qualified candidates must have a history of career growth and taking on new challenges, a degree in Accounting or Finance with 10 years experience in a comparable position, and knowledge of AccPAC or similar ERP system and business intelligence systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital. Must be willing to relocate to central Pennsylvania.
