Position Summary
The State & Local Tax Supervisor will be responsible for all reviewing, preparation, and maintenance for all aspects dealing with state and local tax.

Position Functions
Review filings for state income, franchise, and gross receipts
Prepare unitary, consolidated and combined state income tax returns
Maintain tax calendar, state notice log, check request log and other SALT Excel databases
Will perform an extensive amount of quantitative accounting and tax data analysis
Track state law changes and how they affect company
Supervise projects for state tax
Assist in training and development of junior level staff

Background Profile
Undergraduate degree in Accounting with CPA preference
5+ years experience in tax compliance
Graduate level tax work
Working proficient knowledge of Excel
