Provides supervision of an operational general ledger and leadership to the accounting team supporting operations.

1.Analyze revenue and expenditure trends for financial statement analysis
2.Resoves discrepancies in accounts with assistance of accounting team
3.Provides appropriate SOX compliant review
4.Interact with external Auditors during reviews and audits by coordinating and reviewing required schedules related to reporting.
5.Communicate with operations and other departments throughout the company in determining appropriate accounting of activities.
6.Supervision of both professional and clerical staff

Requirements:
1.Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and / or 5 to 7 years accounting experience.
2.Knowledge of accounting and auditing principles and practices.
3.Supervisory experience.
4.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5.Excellent team skills.
6.Microsoft Office or equivalent experience needed.
7.CPA and experience in public accounting a plus.
8.Experience in a public company a plus
9.Masters in Accounting or MBA a plus
10.Must be a decision maker and a self-starter
