Account Manager, Commercial Lines, AZ Insurance License, AMS

Based in Tucson, AZ, a growing and reputable insurance company is looking to hire a Commercial Lines Account Manager. We are looking for a professional and motivated candidate to work with our clients. If you are an Account Manager/Customer Service with Commercial Lines Insurance experience, please read on!

Responsibilities:

- Answer client inquiries from new and existing customers

- Explain coverage to insured's giving clear and accurate information

- Seek out enhancements to current coverage

- Take inbound calls (warm leads) from customers

Must have skills:

- Must have 3-5 years account management experience in commercial lines insurance

- Knowledge of AMS (Agency Management Systems) or AFW (Advanced Financial Wizard)-preferred

- Must have Arizona Insurance License

- Must be proficient in Outlook
