Accounting Specialist - Smyrna, TN

Position Overview:
The position involves very high-volume sales order/shipment processing and movement journal processing handling thousands of transactions weekly.

Responsibilities:
Reconcile vendor invoices to a claims system
Verify accounting combinations, appropriate authorizations
High-volume sales order/shipment processing and movement journal processing

Qualifications:
Excel skills at a high-intermediate level such as moderately complex formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups and intermediate-advanced formatting
MS Access skills sufficient for data entry and reporting
Experience with enterprise-level financial packages such as DAX, SAP or Oracle
Experience with purchase orders
Extensive experience with AP/AR
Experience with high-volume processing
