Progressive regional CPA firm is currently searching for an Audit Partner.
Candidates should currently be southern CA. based partners with a large local or Big-4 CPA firm. Partners must have a very high level of both technical and client development skills.
Partners will be responsible for practice development, staff training, complex engagements, audit planning, and reviews. Clients include high tech, manufacturing, real estate, and construction companies. Partners must have SEC experience.
This firm is very entrepreneurial and consulting oriented, and has been ranked among the best CPA firms to work for in the U. S. They are a great alternative to the Big 4 for prospective employees as well as clients seeking more personalized service. They do not maintain a typical corporate culture and employees are not treated as a number or one of the masses. Work environment is not at all typical of the public accounting grind and they offer a positive work/life balance. Competitive compensation and benefits package includes large Big-4 levels of compensation for Partners, bonuses for Managers, paid overtime at time and a half for Seniors, and profit sharing at all levels. Local candidates are preferred, however, sign-on bonuses may be available to assist exceptional out of town candidates with their relocation costs.
