Fast growing, innovative, well-funded and profitable start-up company is seeking an entrepreneurial CFO to partner with the executive team to continue to help them grow. This position can be based anywhere in the US and directly reports to the CEO/Founder of the company.

What you need for this position:

- 5+ years in a CFO or senior level finance role
- Experience in a start-up environment
- Strong Food/Beverage background is desired
- Willingness to be a "hands on" executive
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required. Higher degrees are preferred
- CPA is a must

What you will be doing:

- Analyzing operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred, to project future revenues and expenses.
- Developing, maintains, and analyzes budgets, and prepares periodic reports comparing budgeted costs to actual costs.
- Preparing and or directing the preparation of balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports as necessary.
- Reporting finances of establishment to management, advises management about resource utilization, tax strategies, and assumptions underlying the budget forecast.
- Representing company in efforts with potential investors
