Compliance Analyst - Tax

What you need for this position:

- Masters degree in business, accounting, finance or related field
- 3+ years of analyst experience - Compliance analyst/Finance/Tax
- Telecommunications, Telecom, Telco, VoIP, Wireless, Calling cards experience, PUC
- International experience - tax, compliance, regulations preferred
- Knowledge of GATT, FASB and international risk and value analysis a Plus!

What you'll be doing:

- Assure compliance with accounting, tax, state, federal and PUC/FCC guidelines
- Work closely with the auditing teams
- Conduct reconciliations utilizing linear regressions, risk and value analysis
- Analyze budgets, sales and profit forecasts, develop financial models and graphical descriptions, and calculate tax provisions
- Financial compliance for Telecommunications provider - FCC - PUC - GATT - FASB - International Risk
