Position Location:      Miami, FL
Business Unit:             North America / Canada - Supply Chain
Primary Function:      Responsible for US/Canadian inventory management and Microsoft Dynamics Reports support/entry for inbound products. Ensure timely and efficient product availability to meet ship dates and customer satisfaction through proper replenishment planning while meeting lead time requirements and maintaining identified safety stock and target levels.

Reports To:                Operations Manager Key Deliverables:

  • Review and manage daily reports, perform daily reviews of MRP in Microsoft Dynamics for assigned locations, provide shipping documents, and manage order changes and communications.
  • Maintain data integrity for inventory accuracy.
  • Create, manage and process Purchase Orders (PO) for inbound products.
  • Follow procedures to process Stock Transfer Orders, ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Communicate, manage, and schedule the repacking of products, if necessary.
  • Maintain internal shipping documents and provide proper documentation via Microsoft Dynamics, when required.
  • Arrange transportation for inbound deliveries.
  • Assess and connect disparate information resulting in improved business performance.
  • Analyze data to determine appropriate course of action to deliver operation activities within agreed standards of key performance measures.
  • Act as a backup to other team members.

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:

  • Work experience in manufacturing or supply chain is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics and its related supply chain applications.
  • Must be very organized and possess time management skills.
  • Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to details.
  • Strong business acumen and communications skills (oral and written, English and Spanish). Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Assumes responsibility for achieving results and holds him/herself accountable.
  • Handles demand of operation conflict in calm and controlled manner.
  • Prioritizes, plans and delivers their own goals as part of the team.
  • Works collaboratively with peers and others in a team environment.
