SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Our valued client has asked us to identify a high-performing Senior Accountant to be an early member of the Corporate Accounting function of a hyper-growth B2B SaaS company.
You will have the opportunity to leverage your experience to gain exposure to many aspects of accounting and finance—close, NetSuite implementation, accounting tools integration,
audit support, budgets, ASC 606, consolidations, international entities setup and support, consolidations, etc.—with the potential to rotate into areas of interest as the company grows.

Responsibilities
·  Period-end close activities
·  Revenue, Deferred Revenue and A/R management
·  Operating Expense estimation and accruals
·  Balance Sheet/Income Statement flux analysis
·  Annual audit and tax filings support
·  Treasury activities; cash flow & cash usage analysis
·  Payroll reconciliations and J/Es
·  Quarterly reporting to Management and Board of Directors
·  Requisition process management
·  Capital Expenditure and fixed asset management
·  SaaS metrics tracking and reporting
·  Participation in NetSuite and other system implementations

Qualifications
·  Excellent work ethic and sense of ownership
·  2-4 years’ experience at a “Big-4” or similar national firm; additional industry experience a significant plus
·  CPA
·  BA/BS degree in Accounting (or comparable) required
·  Excellent written, oral and communication skills to draft high-quality, nuanced, clear and polished analyses, accounting memos and internal/external business communications
·  Highly accurate and detail-oriented
·  Desire to gain experience and grow with a fast-growth company
·  Must be willing to become proficient in multiple tools e.g., Excel, NetSuite, Adaptive Suite, as well as payroll, expense management, invoicing, HR and similar systems
·  Accustomed to multitasking, prioritizing and meeting multiple tight deadlines
·  NetSuite experience a plus
