To excel in this role, you should have possess/have experience in the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Accrual basis accounting and job cost application within an ERP system
- Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries with related support, and meeting month end deadlines
- Transactions and journal entries in a corporate environment involving multiple operating companies and locations
- Effective oral and written communication skills with ability to work well in a team environment across multiple departments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details
- Technologically savvy with excellent Excel skills
- Well organized, effective planner that can be counted upon to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to thoughtfully solve problems
