Regional Continuous Improvement Manager

Job Description:
The Regional CI Manager is responsible for leading and developing all facets of the Continuous Improvement function in assigned plants. Ensure the facility implements and maintains company CI systems in all production areas. Facilitate all improvement projects relating to safety, quality and productivity, which lead to a reduction in safety metrics, an improvement in first-pass quality, a reduction in customer complaints/product waste, and an improvement in overall production through-put and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field required, Masters preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in the Continuous Improvement (lean manufacturing) function; Bakery experience a plus.
  • Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), SQF and 5S preferred.
  • TPM/Kaizen or Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification a plus.
