POSITION DESCRIPTION:  
The Production Clerk provides administrative support to Productions Supervisors and Managers function as needed including record keeping, file maintenance, tailgate meeting signature collection among other duties.
Essential Functions

  • Maintain a professional and confidential profile at all times.
  • Maintain a supportive and cooperative behavior in a continuous changing environment.
  • Provide assistance in distributing checks to associates on a weekly basis.
  • Support associates with biometric information.
  • Provide assistance on clock resetting.
  • Provide equipment to associates and well as maintain the inventory of office supplies in order to consistently maintain.
  • Provide general information and initial onboarding to new associates (Supervisor, production line, direct contact, etc.)
  • Support associates in preparation of documentation related to request of time off and manual time cards with excellent level of detail.  
  • Support Production Supervisors and Managers gathering, distributing and collecting data to maintain record accuracy.
  • Performs administrative tasks to support the operations group. Standardize, coordinate and update all templates. Track tailgate meetings with associates during sessions. Conduct surveys as needed.
  • Audit Production’s paperwork, line performance data and associate schedule compliance.
  • Update monthly reports as deemed necessary
  • Training key operators on documentation.
  • Take meeting minutes and distribute to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Track attendance and occasionally collect/coordinate between staff and HR in gathering and distributing document and or forms.
  • Translation of documents
  • Assist management team with Employee meetings, Note taking, Generating of reports, Production Schedules, Presentations, Employees Attendance and counseling’s
  • Creating and implementation of work processes/procedures
  • Employee New hire set up of equipment, plant tour, company policies and procedures
  • Scheduling of  meetings, Maintaining organization and structure to team
  • Manage Production / PMO reports files
  • Manage Production / Active Management update report
  • Keep headcount up to date.
  • Data entry and report generating
  • Establish communication with 1st or 2nd shift peers to convey any potential opportunities or pending situations to address.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
 
PREFERRED CANDIDATE QUALFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.  2 year degree in related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative capacity.
 
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
  • 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills along with advanced computer skills including MS Office.  Knowledge of KRONOS Time Keeping System preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment a must.
  • Must be able to handle difficult and/or sensitive situations in a professional manner and be willing to accept change and work in a team-based environment. 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
