Payroll - Manage payroll for employees in the US and in the UK. Knowledge of guidelines for employees who are operating as non-resident aliens or under visas. Experience with multi-country and multi state payrolls as well as benefits processing.
Expense reporting – Detailed expense report review/audit and system management experience/skills. Ability to lead potential migration to new system during the year.
Travel management – Experience managing corporate travel, travel insurance program, corporate travel agency management.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Expensify.
Ability to work independently and communicate throughout the company.
6+ years experience.
