The Payroll/Human Resources Coordinator is an important member of the team and reports directly to the HR Manager. This role is responsible for the full payroll processing for 100+ individuals while assisting the HR Manager with day to day HR administrative functions.  

Miami based company - salary: 50k - 55k
  • Payroll processing for 100+ employees
  • Provide guidance to management and employees on HR processes and procedures.
  • Provide answers and guidance to employee HR questions and issues
  • Assist employees/managers to resolve human resource issues (e.g. benefits issues, transfers/demotions, departmental conflicts, etc.)
  • Assist in making recommendations for all requests for accommodations (ADA, Religious, and others applicable by law) to ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Support investigations into potential violations of company policies
  • Explain company and governmental rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to employees and management
  • Produce and maintain reports, metrics, and other data 
  • Complete other work as assigned
Required Experience
  • Have 2 to 5years experience processing payroll for 100+ employees - required
  • ADP exp required
  • Undergraduate degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
Additional Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail
