I own a 360RESOURCE, we are a Staffing Agency and website is www.360-resource.com, in Vancouver on the corner or Main Street and Mill Plain and we have been growing and in need of someone who can do our monthly payroll and also pay commissions out when they are received using Quickbooks Online. Also, this person will track expenses, receive mail, issue checks for bills for me to sign, weekly review of expenses, recruiter draw tracking, calculate commissions, maintain office supplies, do some onboarding, schedule company events, post new job orders, repost existing job orders, work directly with me and my CPA on year-end close. This is a small company Office Manager, Bookkeeper, Payroll Specialist, Executive Assistant, I guess it is an everything job. You will be sitting at the front desk, so you will also be greeting everyone who enters the building, collecting documents as necessary, be the initial point of contact when the phone rings, etc. We are not that busy on a daily basis yet, but we are growing and want someone who can grow with us. I would really like someone with at least 5 years of experience with very stable employment and excellent references. We have a great working environment and a very accessible location. I am not sure if this will be a full-time or part-time role at the moment, but I am open to talk about either.
