Are you an experienced HR Administrative Assistant, looking for an excellent contract to perm position located in the South Bend, IN area?

  • Assist HR and recruiting team
    • Filing confidential employee documents
    • Manage training records (hourly and salaried)
    • Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and annual reporting - such as; attendance tracking, vacation tracking, bonus program, and referrals
    • Conduct and complete all Verification of Employment requests for the company
    • Coordinate and manage a vast array of employee incentive, and wellness programs
    • Assistance in coordination job fairs on-site
    • Management of employee files
    • Assist with benefits administration
    • Assist employees and supervisors with HR policies and procedures
    • Assist all departments in all facets of HR related items

Education/Qualification Requirements:
  • 2+ years Administrative experience within a Human Resources capacity.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Associates degree preferred but not required.
