Candidates For Consideration Will Possess The Following Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Accounting Information Systems
  • Experience with Sage 300 CRE (formerly known as Timberline)
  • Experience designing and maintaining reports in Office Connector
  • Experience designing and maintaining reports in MyAssistant
  • Experience preparing balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries with related support, and meeting month end deadlines
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with ability to work well in a team environment across multiple departments
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to details
  • Technologically savvy with excellent Excel skills
  • Well organized, effective planner that can be counted upon to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to thoughtfully solve problems

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction or a related industry
  • 3-5 years of experience with Sage 300 CRE, Office Connector, and MyAssistant
  • Experience processing transactions and journal entries in a corporate environment involving multiple operating companies and locations

Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

 

  1. Maintain the company’s various financial reports, utilizing Office Connector and MyAssistant, and creating new reports as needed (50% - 55% of the position’s duties)
  2. Publish monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports as assigned
  3. Assist with journal entries, account reconciliations, and analysis on a monthly basis
  4. Provide audit support, preparing schedules and providing backup as requested
  5. Assist with onboarding acquisitions and new business locations as needed
  6. Other general accounting duties, as assigned
