About the team:
Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners is looking for a passionate, highly professional Finance Analyst to join our small but growing team based in our corporate headquarters in Plymouth Meeting, PA. The financial analyst will be responsible for managing the financial reporting of the business, and developing productive, trusting working relationships with designated business leaders. As part of a growing team and company, the financial analyst will also be involved in creating and implementing new systems, methodologies and best practices for Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners.


Role and Responsibilities:

• Gather and organize financial data from accounting
• Track compliance with debt covenants
• Develop reporting models for budgeting, operations, and management
• Compile and analyze financial reports and find discrepancies that require management’s attention
• Review the general ledger and devote time to risk management, especially regarding accounts receivable
• Prepare financial reports with reliable conclusions that management can use to implement more effective operational strategies
• Forecast models for revenue changes and expenditure increases/decreases
• Provide daily, monthly, and annual reports for operations and management
• Develop and maintain KPIs
• Assist business development with target valuations



• 5+ years of experience working in finance
• Degree in bachelor’s degree in finance
• Worked in fast paced high growth environments
• Track record with creating solid relationships with internal business partners
• Interest in examining data and financial metrics to improve the organization
• Experience with accounting management systems, preferably Intacct
• Multi-site experience preferred
