This is a great opportunity for someone coming from Big 4 (or another national CPA firm) in audit that has the desire to move into more of a Financial Analyst position. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for researching variances, cost accounting and managing inventory, month-end close responsibilities, and revenue forecasting. In the first year once processes are automated and more of the accounting function is centralized, this Financial Analyst position will be mainly focused on forward-looking responsibilities including leading the forecasting for the division.
This opportunity offers good work/life balance, a highly competitive compensation package, flexibility, and a great mentor.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA (preferred) plus Big 4 audit experience. Candidates without public accounting that have a solid background in accounting combined with strong analytical skills will also be considered. Experience with inventory is desirable but not required. Must have strong Excel skills.
