We have a high-potential Financial Analyst role with a large division of a Fortune 250 manufacturing company. You will enjoy top-level exposure and a direct reporting relationship with the Division Controller while driving the monthly consolidation, analysis, and review of financials, to help understand the performance of the business and identify and drive improvement opportunities. You will also support the Division Controller in identifying causes of and solutions to variances; coordinate the forecast and budget processes; and ensure the quality of data used by sales, pricing, product analysis, manufacturing, and supply chain for KPIs and initiatives.

Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in accounting or related field required. CPA or CMA certification and advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years’ accounting and financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environment a must. 
  • 3+ years of Oracle and/or SAP experience, or in-depth experience with a similar ERP system. Advanced MS Office and Excel skills required.
  • Lean manufacturing exposure/certification a plus.
  • High degree of initiative and results orientation with the potential to develop and progress beyond this position.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to be a good team player. Ability to work with and through others to achieve desired results.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for getting involved in all aspects of the business. Excellent analytical skills to question and improve financial operations and processes. 
  • Ability to develop and organize tasks to completion in a tight deadline environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
