Responsible for developing and implementing a common model for an assigned functional area and to support a multi-phase and location ERP implementation with focus being finance. 

Responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering and implementing ERP systems on time and within budget
  • Collaborating to develop a common model to support all locations
  • Working with developers and business finance associates
  • Coordinating a successful hand-off to respective teams of the knowledge and ownership of the new system
  • Working with process owners and subject matter experts to establish and implement procedures to support the software implementation at all locations
  • Attending weekly project team meetings and issue reviews
  • Preparing and reviewing procedures to support common model
  • Participating in functional prototyping sessions
  • Working with IST to prepare and review data conversion and validation plans
  • Facilitating and driving stage gate review sessions to gain acceptance and agreement
  • Assigning duties and monitoring quality of work to ensure staff conforms to organizational policies and procedures and government regulations
  • Providing day-to-day guidance and oversight of subject matter experts and other project participants; actively work to promote and recognize performance
  • Providing reports on task status and additional documentation on project, as needed
  • Identifying problem areas and initiating corrective actions to resolve problems
  • Assessing infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands
  • Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals
  • Maintaining the systems once they are up and running
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree, minimum of ten years related experience in corresponding process area, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrates proficiency in supervising and motivating team members
  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
  • Working knowledge and understanding of the basic principles, theories, concepts, and practices of applicable
