Main Objective:
Seeking a highly driven, detail oriented Accounts Receivable Manager who is well versed in all facets of accounts receivable and credit management for a high volume, fast paced organization. The AR Manager will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for managing 10-15 employees.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Able to analyze AR activities, prepare reports and present findings and recommendations
  • Develop and implement improve tools for proactive monitoring of credit and collection exposures
  • Establish and monitor collection team’s follow up and escalation process to improve cash flow management
  • Oversee WOR metrics and manage workflow of staff in order to meet departmental needs
  • Lead new recruit/acquisition AR due diligence and customer and AR aging implementation
  • Timely evaluation and communication of any customer issue with RVP and Account Executives
  • Review and approve bad debts before sending to collections; ensure proper procedures were followed and AE was involved
  • Oversee all AR department policies & procedures, consistent with overall cash management objectives
  • Monitor accuracy and timeliness of staff performance; counsel employee if necessary
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, firing, employee reviews and related activities
  • Prepare for and facilitate monthly department, sub-group or Team Lead meetings
  • Other Duties as assigned
Required Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business/Finance
  • 5 -10 years accounting and supervisory experience

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organization skills
  • Possess a positive and professional demeanor with outstanding interpersonal skills
