General Description:   Responsible for handling the fundamental aspects of the company’s financial record keeping, including recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and completing tax forms.   
Primary Job Responsibilities:  
? Process payroll and attendance in a timely manner
? Generate and receive office purchase requisitions
? Process accounts receivable and payable; Ensure that receivables are collected promptly
? Process invoices, C.O.D., and credit card payments. Reconcile bank accounts and prepare bank deposits. Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct supplier’s ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger
? Prepare financial statements and reports  
? Complete tax forms and make tax payments (C.A.T., sales tax, etc.). Generate 1099's. Oversee employee benefits, worker’s compensation, and other employee matters
? Maintain employee records relating to payroll, benefits, and disciplinary matters. Provide inventory support, including maintaining office materials and supplies. Oversee office equipment. Oversee reporting to the firm’s industry association
? Assist in other office related tasks as needed

Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records ? Proficiency in English and in office software packages ? High degree of accuracy and attention to detail 
Experience:  5+ years of relevant business experience (preferred but not required) 
Education:  BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
