JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Director of Compliance is seeking an Audit/SOX Consultant to help on a 3-4 week project. The Audit/SOX Consultant will perform SOX audits for tests that are already in place. This is a short term project that could potentially last longer or be reoccurring.
The candidate will have experience in the following:
1) Internal or External Auditing
2) Detail internal audit testing work
1) vouchers
2) journal vouchers
3) support for transactions and detailed transactions, verifying transactions.
3) SOX compliance experience
